Hi, I'm Maciej — an engineer based in Warsaw, Poland, working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Cloud.
My path has been deliberate: I built my foundations in cybersecurity during my B.Sc. at Warsaw University of Technology, learning how systems break and how to defend them. That curiosity about intelligent threats led me naturally toward AI — I'm now pursuing an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence at WUT, exploring how machine learning can both power and protect modern systems. My AI projects so far cover LLM explainability (attention analysis of Gemma 3), multi-agent LLM systems with RAG, and computer vision in PyTorch.
Professionally, I work as a Cloud Engineer — designing cloud architectures, orchestrating infrastructure across Kubernetes, AWS, and other platforms, and building CI/CD pipelines that teams actually want to use. I move fast, build things properly, and I'm always looking for harder problems to solve.

Interests
Comprehensive network security analysis tool that processes PCAP files and live traffic to detect 8+ threat types through hybrid detection combining rule-based Sigma analysis, behavioral anomaly detection, and Random Forest ML classification.
Autonomous LAN security monitoring system built with Go, Nmap, and MikroTik RouterOS. Automatically discovers devices, scans them at configurable depth, and generates scheduled HTML security reports — all running as a single stateless binary inside a minimal Docker container.
Distributed intelligence platform transforming optical sensors into defense-grade threat detection nodes for airspace security. Addresses modern unmanned aerial threats with <1s detection latency, 24/7 operation, and $50+ per-device deployment costs.
Streamlit application in which teams of CrewAI agents research a stock from Yahoo Finance, Reddit, Finnhub and Alpha Vantage and write an investment report. Five collaboration modes, RAG over collected evidence in Qdrant, OpenAI / Gemini / local Ollama models and built-in report scoring.
Layer-by-layer analysis of Gemma 3 4B attention for 25 prompt pairs in five modification categories, separating local (sliding-window) and global layers, with entropy / sparsity metrics, heatmaps and Inseq attribution. Reproducible Hydra + uv pipeline with 71 tests.
Terraform stack for a big-data environment on Google Cloud: private VPC, Dataproc cluster with Spark and Jupyter, Airflow on GKE, keyless GitHub Actions CI/CD via Workload Identity Federation, security and cost checks, and a Pandas / Polars / DuckDB / Spark benchmark notebook.
